RAW ZUCCHINI PASTA

This recipe might blow your mind.. So creamy and tasty and yet incredibly simple! For the zucchini noodles; you can use a carrot peeler to make fettuccine-like noodles if you don’t have a mandoline. Aunt Manon gave me this recipe :)

1/2 Cups soaked (1 hour) Cashews, blended w/water (amount depending on thickness wanted)
1 Organic Lemon, Freshly Squeezed
Few Organic Basil Leaves
3 tsp Nutritional Yeast
2 Big Cloves Garlic
1/4 Onion
Braggs to taste
Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
Olive Oil (optional)
1 tsp Miso Paste
Blended all together, then tossed with zucchini fettuccine, just before serving.
