RAW ENERGY BALLS

I’m excited to share with you one of my favorite recipe. The Raw Energy Balls are super simple to make and only require a bowl and mixing spoon. They make the perfect snack for activities, great for desert, and the kids love them! They are high in protein, fiber, calcium, magnesium, potassium and Omerga-6 Fatty Acids.

They are best kept in the freezer and can last up to 2 months. I always keep a stash of treats somewhere in case of a sweet tooth emergency!

Sounds yummy and I would love to make them but.. where I live there’s no almond butter or hemp seeds. What could I replace them with?
    Thanks!

Hi Elise, you can try to replace the almond butter with tahini or even peanut butter (if you can tolerate). You can use sesame seeeds instead of hemp. Feel free to experiment with what’s available to you :)
Let me know how it turns out!
