I’m excited to share with you one of my favorite recipe. The Raw Energy Balls are super simple to make and only require a bowl and mixing spoon. They make the perfect snack for activities, great for desert, and the kids love them! They are high in protein, fiber, calcium, magnesium, potassium and Omerga-6 Fatty Acids.
They are best kept in the freezer and can last up to 2 months. I always keep a stash of treats somewhere in case of a sweet tooth emergency!
Wonderful video Priscilla & what a fun recipe. Will share this with my wife Bea right now & the kids will love these too (plus the fun name!).
Thanks Rich! Let me know how they like it!
Sounds yummy and I would love to make them but.. where I live there’s no almond butter or hemp seeds. What could I replace them with?
Thanks!
Elise
Hi Elise, you can try to replace the almond butter with tahini or even peanut butter (if you can tolerate). You can use sesame seeeds instead of hemp. Feel free to experiment with what’s available to you
Let me know how it turns out!
these were delicious!
love your site and i’m gearing up to go all raw on january 1st!
Awesome! Good luck Anne and keep me posted!
