We had another successful and wonderful evening in Whistler on Tuesday night! Chef Sarah Uy and I served a fresh and delicious 4-course meal; coconut-curry soup to start, spring rolls with ginger dipping sauce, followed by a beautiful pad-thai and finished nicely with an amazing coconut crepe filled with fresh fruits, vanilla creme and raspberry sauce. No wonder we sold out…again!

Our special guest was Kim Slater who joined us to engage a conversation with the audience about the tar sands. I loved her positive and pro-active approach; she picked people’s brains by asking them how a clean energy future should look like while considering alternatives to further developing the tar sands. It was great to see everyone participating while enjoying a live and nourishing meal.
