This was the very first book I read on the raw food subject. It’s a true story where Victoria shares how she healed her family and herself simply with raw food. Her journey is incredible and I really admire Victoria’s courage and wisdom. The impact this book had on me was huge; not only it all made perfect sense, but my heart absolutely resonated with it. BUCKWHEAT BREAKFAST

Easy, quick, yummy and Raw!!

All you do is soak about 3/4 Cup of buckwheat overnight. In the morning drain and rinse really well.
Put into Vita-Mix or blender with 4-5 dates, cinnamon and water (or nut milk). Pour into a bowl and throw in some bananas or blueberries and chia seeds if you like.
