RAW NUT-SHAKE

Eat it as a treat or as a breakfast. This shake is so yummy and satisfying, and will sustain you for hours!

1 Cup raw cashews (soaked overnight)
1 Frozen Banana
2 Dates (less or more)
Cinnamon
Masala (optional)
Water (thickness desired)
Blend all ingredients together, enjoy!

This was the very first book I read on the raw food subject. It’s a true story where Victoria shares how she healed her family and herself simply with raw food.
